The building is currently being used for owner's personal use. The front of the building was residential but is currently being used as an office/parts room with a kitchen area, full bath and a large closet with the furnace in it. There is one large room being used as an engine building room and a parts paint room, and one as a woodshop with a trolley. The main building has a large bay, 2 mechanical rooms, 2 paint rooms, a sand blast room, and a storage room.
